A Regional Event with National Impact

The Disruptors Summit is a premier gathering of leaders, advocates, survivors, service providers, educators, law enforcement, and engaged citizens who are committed to ending human trafficking in all its forms.

In its fourth year, the Summit has grown into more than an educational event; it’s a catalyst for action, collaboration, and measurable change. Over two days, participants engage in keynote presentations, panel discussions, and agency showcases that highlight the realities of trafficking, share survivor-led solutions, and equip attendees with tools to take action in their own communities.

Keynote Speaker

Toni is an engaging and dynamic speaker known for her extensive knowledge, passion, and ability to connect with diverse audiences. With experience spanning faith-based organizations, businesses, and government entities, she speaks on advocacy, emotional regulation, and prevention. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner — also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) — Toni's presentations are both insightful and impactful.

Steve Vienneau

Steve Vienneau is the Chief Partnership Officer for The Network, a counter-human-trafficking organization focused on defeating the illicit massage industry. In this role, he oversees strategic collaboration with law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and regulatory leaders to disrupt illicit massage businesses and advance victim-centered outcomes. Prior to joining The Network, Steve served in the FBI as a Supervisory Special Agent, with 20+ years leading child exploitation and human trafficking investigations at the regional, national, and international levels. Before the FBI, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Lauren Trantham

Host

Lauren Tratham is an author, speaker, and founder and Executive Director of Disruptors Org, a national anti-trafficking nonprofit. Disruptors Org has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for survivor initiatives and hosts national conferences. Lauren has ridden her motorcycle tens of thousands of miles across the USA and Canada, photographing over 100 survivors. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system and a recent recipient of the Oregon Department of Justice's Above and Beyond Award. Lauren holds a master’s degree in Social Justice and Human Rights from Arizona State University and has 10 years of experience leading in the anti-trafficking movement.
